My name is Kat (Kathleen) Gonderinger, and I am a Silver Leader and a Rose Circle Member with Avon.

I became an Avon Representative in May of 2000.  I was purchasing over $100 per month on my own products (shows you how much I LOVE them!), and my Rep suggested that I open my own account so that I could get the Rep discount.  I said sure — where do I sign?

So, I had my Avon book on my desk at work to browse while I ate my yogurt & apple for lunch, and a co-worker stopped by to ask a question.  She noticed the Avon book sitting there, and asked me if I sold Avon.  I said “sorta,” and she borrowed the book for an hour, and came back later with three orders!  Hmmm, this was pretty neat, I thought, and that’s exactly how my business got started!

My amazing Team had grown to 235 Representatives and led me to become an Executive Unit Leader with Avon, and we sold over $680,000 in products before my Mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2008.

The last few years prior to that I had sold at the Rose Circle level, and in the 2008-2009 Sales Cycle, had sold over $49,500 in products personally.  But taking care of my Mom took over my life, and my Avon business started going downhill.  She passed away in August 2010.  Five days after she passed away, I fell and blew up everything in my foot & ankle (5 ligaments, tendons, & ruptured my achilles tendon), and ended up having 7 surgeries in under 5 years — two on my foot and four on my back with a neuro-stimulator placed with leads going up my spine to stimulate the nerves that go into my foot and down to my toes.  Wow — this really caused a big hit on my business!

I’m now rebuilding my Avon business, and we are up to 180 Representatives on our Team and growing.  My goal is for us to hit 250 Representatives by the end of 2017!  Can we do it???   YOU BET WE CAN!!  Join us and have fun with us too!  Call or text me, or go to:
